Frequently asked questions

Standard tracked delivery is 3–6 working days and free on orders over 60 USD (about 47 GBP or 55 EUR). Express is 1–3 working days for 11.95 USD. Orders under the free threshold pay a flat 6.95 USD.

No surprise bills. We estimate duties and import taxes at checkout in your chosen currency and pay them on your behalf at the border. If the actual charge comes in lower, we refund the difference automatically.

One basket, one payment. Items are consolidated at the hub nearest the sellers wherever timings allow, so you usually get one parcel and one tracking number even when three different stores are involved.

You have 30 days from delivery. Start the return in your account and we send a prepaid label to your regional hub, not back to the seller's country, so nothing gets stuck in customs. Refunds land within five working days of the hub scanning your parcel.
